No one responds via email or by phone. What is the point of having a number and voicemail option when no one responds? My mom has been trying to get a response since December about a customizable purchase. She was finally able to get in touch with someone last week, but they didn't know the answer. Told her they would get back to her that day or the next day. Nothing. The only way I can get a response is by posting on the Facebook page to get a response via Facebook messenger. My Mom doesn't have Facebook. So it isn't fair that messenger is the only way to get a response from the ocmpany. Then, we are told that someone is "helping" my mom...yet no one has called her back since last week. No one has respond to both of our calls and emails. Absolutely terrible customer service for customized gifts. The bags are cute and all if you buy them in the store. But do not order the guest-book tote. Other reviews have said they have yet to get their bag back Edit- I ended up getting my bag after we escalated things...via Facebook. Bag is cute but terrible quality. The sail part is good. But the clasp is rusting after a 3 day use on the beach...the print is already smearing. Save your money. Go else where

Went to the Sauaguck Store and purchaed two bags. The 1st day I want the lady was very knowledgeable. When I decided I would purchased bags I went a couple of days later and the store was not open. I waited and finally someone opened and I ask if they were opening late and was told "I had an appointment". She was not very friendly and did not explain anything to others customers in the store like the 1st lady. So happy I met the 1st lady and learned everything about the bags. Probably the only reason I purchased two bags. Marge - Denver, CO

EDIT: after leaving this initial review, Paul was very attentive in helping to solve the problem for my customer with the defective wristlet. He made the situation right and I appreciate the effort and amended my review and rating to reflect that. I am a retailer who carries their products in my shop. A customer bought one of their wristlets for Christmas and had it for two weeks before one of the grommets fell off. I advised the customer to contact Sea Bags directly to see if they could repair it as this is clearly a defective item, she has emailed them numerous times as have I in a wholesale portal which I can see that they read my messages and still will not respond to any of our messages.
